Repeat this action with all the products and items of the order. When you are on the shopping cart page, you will see the list of items you have added. You can make any change you want, such as: change the quantity of an item, or remove an item from your cart. If you want to continue shopping click on the “continue shopping” button. In the pre-payment step (in the order confirmation), the system will automatically calculate the final price by adding the shipping costs to your destination. You will then see the final price of the order before authorizing any payment.

Once you have added all the items you want to the shopping cart, you must select a shipping method and you will be ready to finalize your order. Then click on the “Go to checkout” button and on the next page you must fill out the Personal Data Form.

If you have selected Bank Transfer as the method of payment, the order will not be terminated until you enter the payment or proof of transfer. If the payment is not made within 5 days, the order will be automatically canceled.
Yes! At any time you can check the status of your order in the section My Account.
In addition, once the items have been prepared and we have sent your order, we will send you an email to notify you that your package has been sent. In the email we will include a link with which you can track the package and see the shipping status of your order.
If your order contains a stock error, our Customer Service will contact you to solve the issue as quickly as possible.
Until the error is not solved, the entire order does not leave our warehouses.
